Je demande un dédommagement s’il vous plait Le reste du bracelet est intact mais la partie marron foncé noire pour attacher le bracelet gâche tout

The necklace I received is tiny and the metals are very dark and dull. It doesn't look like the photos on the website. I immediately felt like I've been scammed when I opened the box to find such necklace. I think the photos on the website are deceiving. Website also advertised easy 30 days return policy but I have been emailing asking to return this and kept being told to order another necklace as a replacement instead. I don't want any necklace from this website, I just want my money back.

A beautiful gift for my grandaughters 2nd Birthday she is small and dainty so this is the perfect size the only thing is that the small bit of gold chain that dangles down annoys her so I will have to get it made a bit smaller as I don’t want her to pull it off , came beautifully packaged and the engraving was perfect I highly recommend this as a gift for a loved little one in your family !
