What do our 925 Sterling Silver or Gold Vermeil products consist of?

• The base material for our Sterling Silver offerings is 925 Sterling Silver, featuring an e-coat to prevent tarnishing.
• Our Gold Vermeil pieces start with a 925 Sterling Silver base, which is then layered with a thick gold coating for the lavishness of pure gold at a fraction of the price.
• 925 Sterling Silver jewelry contains 92.5% silver, which significantly reduces the chances of tarnishing.

Jewelry Care

Our jewelry rooted in 304L Stainless Steel is resistant to both tarnish and water. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals and cleaning agents (like detergent, bleach, perfume), as they might damage the gold or silver coating, leading to tarnish or discoloration.

Preserve the brilliance of your jewelry by gently wiping it with a non-abrasive cloth for a streak-free shine. A solution of mild soap and room temperature water with a soft cloth can be used to cleanse your pieces. Ensure they are thoroughly dried before storing. For removing tarnish from 925 Sterling Silver jewelry, a mild mix of baking soda and water works effectively.

We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

Free Shipping: 5–9 business days

Express Shipping + Priority Processing: 2–4 business days

Express orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT+1 (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, ship on Monday. Transit times exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and express shipping is not available in all areas. For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout—you won't be charged upon delivery.

Personalised Jewellery

Custom pieces are handcrafted to your specifications and require an additional 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Your Delivery Address

By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.

If your order cannot be shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email to request the correct details. You have 30 days from the order date to respond. Once we receive the updated address, we will proceed with shipping your order.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund. The case will be closed. However, we can still ship the order once we receive the correct address.

If your order cannot be delivered "Delivery failed" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to request the correct details. A €20 reshipment fee will apply before the order can be resent.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please check with your local post office for proof of delivery. We also recommend asking neighbours or building management, as occasional delivery errors are beyond our control.

If you still can't locate your package, contact us at help@brother-and-sisters.com with all relevant details. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer store credit or a free reshipment at our discretion. We're unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? Return your order within 30 days of delivery. A 20% processing and restocking fee is deducted from the refund on every return of a non-personalized item; exchanges are exempt from it.

Lifetime Warranty

Every item we sell has a Lifetime warranty because we stand behind it wholeheartedly. One of our products will be fixed or replaced if there are any problems with it. We cover fading, missing stones, and other manufacturer flaws with our Lifetime Warranty.
